I can't say enough good things about this company! It's amazing & everyone cares! The job is easy, and the bonus on top is great! They have quarterly prizes to give out & the bonus is easy to get. Pros Great Management team, and people Cons Only a 2 year contract. The Digital Sales Planner role required long working hours, stressful campaigns, and collaboration across multiple teams, including sales. The pay rate is disturbingly low for the amount of work and stress. Being apart of this company for a little over a year, the director of our department announced that our role (NY, LA, and SF offices) was being eliminated and we had less than a month to find an alternate position. For the amount of work my entire department dedicated to this role, the respect we received once we were eliminated is absolutely astounding and disgraceful. A lot of great people left this company due to this.

It was a wonderful experience. The company culture was warm and welcoming, a plethora of learning opportunities was afforded to me, and the company created a fun and unifying environment for the interns. The culture at CBS is outstanding. They go out of their way to make their employees feel welcomed and appreciated. Upper management was always open to listen to questions and concerns. Lower level management had a tendency of not listening as much. The company values good talent and has innovative practices. The company is not very good at disciplining less than desirable behavior of problem employees. Overall working for the company was a positive experience. CBS Interactive was a very comfortable and engaging work environment, the management was great. There is room to advance and move up in the company. I don't have anything bad to say about this job. A nice place to work but no advancement in the company, a lot of favoritism. No Health, dental or vision insurance offered. No way of becoming a full time employee unless your liked very very well, only 3 employees are full time.
