I am hoping to find a year round position with a summer camp because I love the work and it provides me with room and board for the first year or so that I am out there and settling in. I also have some years bartending experience but I am not sure that I want to dive into this as a person pursuing sobriety with a year and a few months abstinence already. I am considering going to school once I get out there. I'de like to have my one year's residency so that I can take classes at a local community college as an established resident. I am thinking of the University of Washington, Western Washington University or another unknown school for Neuroscience. More than anything I am looking for likemindedness, connection and compatibility with someone. A friend. I don't find it easy to see things the same way with a great multitude of people here in CT. Thank you for listening to my plans. I am definitely looking for feedback and or advice on my trip, details I haven't considered, or insight into transitioning into the Seattle lifestyle.

In addition, whatever major or department you choose will completely change your experience. It's a beautiful campus overall, with cherry blossoms and lots of greenery. The fall is also exquisite, the bright orange leaves and cool air is astonishing. However, winter at times is an absolute nightmare. The campus grounds are not flat, there are constant hills of various material and when the snow and ice comes, good luck! You're going to need traction, and if you don't have it, say goodbye to your knees and butt, because you'll be slipping every few steps. Granted the school does a decent job putting salt on the main roads, but that only applies to that. So if you need to walk out of campus, you're out of luck.
